Herbie's? Really?

Just a quick thread on my findings about Herbie's. I was looking at their prices and every single strain I wanted (42 different strains), was anywhere from 20% - 65% more than Attitudes prices. The only ones I wanted that were cheaper were some Nirvana strains and they were only about .40 - 1.00 cheaper than Attitude. The shipping is a bit cheaper at 15.00. However, when you are spending as much as 100's of dollars more for your order this just seems a real bad reason to order. Also, there are several strains not even available at Herbie's. So, considering they are way more expensive on at least 42 strains, why would anyone shop here?!

I saw your thread, and to be honest, thought you were full of shit! I am a customer of both companies, but for what ever reason I had always thought Herbies had the better prices.

I decided to do a comparison. I wanted it to be completely random so i took the Attitudes "Top 10 Strains" and started going down the list:

I will definitely do a price check from now on before I order. I usualy just decide what I want and just order

Most have switched to Herbies since a lot of peoples orders aren't coming through from Attitude anymore, especially in tighter security countries

do you take into account that herbies shipping is cheaper I believe.

ya i switched from herbies to seedsman bc of this..for example the serious 6 on herbies is 120$ usd and on seedsman its 80$ which is huge..seedsman also has a loyalty program u can trade in and get money off ur order and also each month for 24hrs u get 15% off..i ordered a 6 pack of serious 6 and 6 pack of biddy early and with my loyatly points the total order was 109$ and freebies i got 19 fem seeds in all,and i got 51$ off order..the order total for that with shipping on herbies was 200$..i will only use herbies now to order if i need a certain breeder that seedsman dont have..and with seedsmans dont have to worry bc they have 3 or 4 type of guranteed shipping..seedsman is the best deal in my opinion bc of the loyalty points and everone has made it thur customs..their stealth is great

Herbies offers a large selection of pick n mix seeds and are well stocked. If you are only spending $100 it works out to a better deal than attitude.

I compared some prices, they are slightly higher on most seeds at herbies, but the shipping is much less.

Yeah, their shipping is 10.00 cheaper. With the prices of the seeds being so much more, it is not worth it. Also, I am speaking of US dollars.

ya same with seedsman they have some that herbies dont..i have never used attitude and i dont think i ever will just bc of the customs bullshit..i also ordered from Female seeds company and their stealth was so good that i threw them away at first and then got to looking around and realized it was so stealthy it was great..if attitude would use the same method as FMS then i doubt they would even have to use gurantee shipping

not to mention the 10% discount promo code at attitude.

Don't Herbies do a discount of 10% for orders over 100 pounds? Use the code "herbies" I think.

I for one wasn't to impressed with the freebies either. But hey the few orders I've placed got neither here nor there in seven days each time. So they alright , I did lay off when I noticed the price hikes this past summer though.
