Hempy 1 month veg, leaves drooping

This is ghost train haze #1. It is filled at the bottom with nutrient water, and I just put endo mycorrhizae in the surrounding perlite. I don't think its temps, max is 82. I recently added more lumens to her. What's causing my plant to look bad here? 20160922_093833.jpg

every time I did hempy buckets my plants would look droopy like that,, almost an over watered "look",, but hempy is not supposed to be able to over water,, i never figured it out myself, hopefully someone who knows hempy can help
I switched to SIPs after hempy,

Never had experience with this medium .. looks like under watering due to leaf structure but I am not sure.
