Hemp Cutting

Hey, sorry if this has been asked or it's dumb or whatever, hopefully, someone wants or can answer me. I was given 2 cuttings from a hemp plant. After googling I decided to root them in water. I did stick one In "good" soil but she wilted almost died, I was able to bring her back. They are green and beautiful and fragrant. I'm just wondering when I should start seeing roots... only use rainwater, they are inside in my kitchen window. I use rainwater to mist them daily.
