She doesn't look well at all. Lots of issues.
The soil looks too woody and the plant seems light starved.
Take it and have a redo.
Change up your method.
You should have more growth before budding.

Yea add some more cfl to other girl... dont let anyonne tell you you cant grow good w cfl, either. My first grow was a microgrow under cfls from walmart... but you need a fair amount of em... i used 8 to 10... i almost killed mine once on that grow but came back to about quadrupel my mentors goal for me volume wise.

also is it in an enclosed area no larger than necessary and walls are reflective? When your running on lower powered lights gotta grab every photon you can. A big area or dark walls allows loss of photons... plain flat white is damn near the best so it can be done on budget... and you only want area big enough for the girl, air circulation and able to keep heat at good level.

You can do this on a budget. Dont let anyone tell you you gotta remortgage tge house to do this... sure if you're going commercial. If your hobbyist/personal med grower it can definetly be done lon a budget and done well.

You can grow with what you have lightwise, just use all the light you have on one plant.
Put it in a box with aluminum foil if you have to.
It won't be hard dense nugs, but if you get trichomes, you can dry and grind and get buzzed.
The soil is concerning though.
Good soil reduces the need for nutes and eliminates PH problems.
If you can't spend a lot on lights, spend a little on soil.

Yeah tri comes are all over both of them. The first one I showed has nice buds lots of tri comes hairs turning amber. Just not very dense buds. And leaves dying of course

Fox farms happy frog soil costs like 10-15 $$ a bag
By the time you buy 8-10 cfls and fixtures and cords you could've just bought a shitty led or flourecent
Here's my 2-3 week old plant I run under flourescent. Not much to look at but very healthy and has a huge root mass. I eventually will put under hps but that's just my style. But I grow soilless.20171003_144427.jpg
