Second week of veg and this is happening what's wrong

Maybe overfeeding. Do u use fertilizer.

Over watering from the looks.

What type of soil? Nutes? What kind and how much?
Water? What type, how much and how often?

I bought the roots organic player pack and I use roots organic original soil I'm switching back to cyco I never had this problem before

The bottom one is blimburns sour diesel and is lst, I'm more worried about the 1024 its a 91 day flower and I'm already having issues
