Who knows...sometimes it's genetics...sometimes it's a deficiency.
How old are the plants?...and what are you feeding them? What type of light setup?...We need to know these things.

Since your outdoors...I would get some organic food...you can get it from any hydro shop...or garden/greenhouse centers. Some are better and more expensive, and some are cheap and SHIT!!!! Beware...I would suggest a Hydro store, you might pay a little more $$, but at least your getting better products...usually!!

I just paid $60 for veg and bloom ($30 each).

I've seen guys do an enire grow from seed to harvest with no nutes...but i think it's just the area they are in...who knows. Usually the plant will suffer, remain small, turn yellow, and die off.

You would normaly start feeding your plant after the 4th week from seed...that's about the time the plant enters it's vegetative cycle, or when the cotlydon's fall off. Start feeding them a solution of 1/8th reccomended strength, and work your way up to full dosage after a few weeks. Get yourself a ph test kit, an ecm, and some ph up/down... what ever you may need for your water in your area...you want a PH of about 6.5 (a range of 6.0-6.0)

Best thing actually would to just collect rain water and use that to water your plants...if it rains!!
