Okay so i have a mystery indica thats about 4 1/2 weeks old. She just started showing sex. Ive been lst her since she was about 2 weeks. This morning my dumbass snapped 1 of her tops out by accident. I panicked and the only thing i could think to do was try to clone it. I cut the end at a slant and sliced open some tissue and put cloning powder on and put her in a jiffy pellet. Okay so heres my questions. Did i do the right thing and should the top clone out? Also what effects will this have on my plant? Im sure itll reduce yield but will i need to veg longer now?

Can't hurt to try it. I mean if you completely snapped it off. And you've cut and dunked the stem in a damp jiffy fast enough. It may take hold.

Yea thats what i figured too. Do you think it will reduce my yield a lot? I plan on lollipopping it.

Off the main plant. Won't help that it's lost a branch. But if you veg it long enough. It'll give you more. And hey. If the main is female. And your clone survives. You've just gained a second plant for free. You'll just need to let it get a month or more to veg out and build up more branches. L

Give em a good amount of light over that time. And you'll likely be laughing at all that delicious greenery.
