Help!

stop watering U R about to over water do yourself a big favor put that in a solo cup stop watering and get it under a mild lamp like a cfl or t5 / t8 - why a cup so your dirt can dry out
They are autoflowers....transplanting hurts them in a huge way this plant is the only one doing it out of 4 same feed and all

I'm using roots organic soil (usually grow soiless hence the over watering because in soiless u water more because the medium drys faster) and roots organic line I introduced them all to the feed at 1/8th Dossage then bumped it up to 1/4th and this happens

Weed is a dicot plant, that means the two little starter leaves are loaded with all the nutrients from the seed. If you feed them before those leaves start to fade, it's very easy to burn them, especially if you plant them directly in amended soil. I will put a cup of unamended Coco in the Middle of the pot for the seedling to get started in before it hits the amended soil.

So where to go from here just water until recovery and lack of nutrients?

its hard to say with the blurple light but that just looks like minor calcium deficiency now. otherwise looks like decent growth for a 10 day period.
make sure your nutrient solution going in is about 6.8, and give them a light dose of cal-mag the next couple of times you water. if you use calmag+ remember it has N, so adjust the rest of your feed
