All kinds of issues here.

Is that mold growing on the plant in the first pic? Symptomatic of poor ventilation/air flow. Increase the number of fans you have in your grow area if it is mold. What are the temps in your grow space? Humidity levels?

What soil are you using? Does it contain nutes? How often are you watering/feeding? pH of your water and runoff? It doesn't look like you have any perlite mixed in your soil.

Well I'll give ya a lil insight on ph testers I bought a gh ph control kit and couldn't be happier got it for like $13 most fellow growers near me complain ALOT bout their electronic testers but they thought the $10 ones would "work just as good" lol and they end up crashin in month or so but if u got $30-$40 to put into 1 seems like in that range they get good reviews but if ur like me and on a tight ass budget the gh kit works perfectly fine
