I am new to here but not new to growing. Things are so advanced and developed now. I have a rough space of 10' 5" in length by 5' 3" in width by 6' 11" high. I am putting reflective insulation around the walls of the area. I plant to use soil. I am stuck on lighting. I hear LED is the way to go. I would like to use the following;

SPECIFICATIONS
MODEL...........NSL-360D-6-36
POWER...........36 WATTS
SOCKET BASE TYPE........... E39 MOGUL
DIMENSIONS...........110MM X 285MM / 4.33 X 11.22 IN
POWER FACTOR............ >0.95
INPUT VOLTAGE........... AC 85-265V
FREQUESCY........... 50-60HZ
LIGHT OUTPUT LUMINATION........... 3960 LM
COLOR TEMPERATURE (CCT)........... 5,000K
LIGHTSOURCE........... CREE/BRIDGELUX/EPISTAR
INTERNATIONAL PROTECTION RATING........... IP55
EQUIVALENT LIGHT SOURCE........... 150 WATT HIGH PRESSURE SODIUM

Let me know what you think please. Not sure of the best way to go,,,have a limited budget so I cannot afford the big dogs.

Thanks-

A mortgage will be required to fill that space with led lighting, stick to the trusted HIDs, tho cheaper to buy, running costs are higher, but this is a commercial grow right, you get tax relief on your outgoings ....?

There is a mortgage..lol...I know almost everything depends on lighting, I just wanna get the right thing. I saw some LED plant grow lights, full spectrum...was told those would be really great for my intended use. Idk..I can't seem to make a good, comfortable choice. Thank you though for your thoughts and time.+
