Is it in rockwool? What's your ph? How much are you feeding it and what strength?

But to be honest she doesnt look to be "dying", just a bit under cared for and in need of some love. Get your light close, run a flush run of plain water ph'd to whatever you run your res at (mine run's at 5.0-6.0), you can put a couple of drops of hydrogen peroxide (1tsp/5gallons) to take care of the roots. Once you've given them a day or so of that give the plant the GH nutes, all three parts 1 tsp/gallon and run her on from there, let her do her thing. Keep the system clean, change the res every 3-7 days, keep ph between 4.8 and 6, make changes to their diet slowly. Make sure you can accurately measure ppm and ph. From what I know thats all I can say.

Plant still has green so it's not dying.. it looks like a deficiency to me

you dont even know what is wrong yet. what if it is a deficiency?
Figure it out. Google "yellowing lower leaves" or something. Find out what it could be. Understand what youve been feeding it and see if you might be short on a necessary element.
You have to provide every nutrient and maintain a strict pH range in hydroponic systems. You cant just wing it. You will fail.
Figure out what is happening through research and understand why it is happening.

Don't worry about MYOB lots like him on forums...... Telling people to google shit requires years of study at top horticultural colleges.
I have been growing good hydro for a while now.......
Your rockwool looks green from a bit of algae cut a bit of white plastic to cover the net pot and make and x or slit for the plant this will stop light causing algae on the rockwool....... run a hydrogen peroxide flush(1tsp/5gallons, go stronger at your own risk) or if you don't want to use peroxide just plain ph'd water with Grozyme or something which will help clean the roots and make a healthier medium....... give it 24-48 to flush and let the peroxide whiten/disinfect roots and the system....... Then drain, clean and give them a feed of 1tsp/gallon gro/bloom/micro. You need to give them all three parts of the feed or just the Micro and Bloom according to the lucas formula. Plants need P&K during veg too to an extent, you can't just drop the bloom from the regime.
MYOB is right that there could be a nutrient deficiency but it is difficult to do anything until you know the actual sitch...... That's why as a default hydro growers flush and clean the system when responding to deficiencies and changes.... it gives us a point 0 to begin treatments and alterations to diets.
You can't cheat in growing hydro.... you have to keep shit clean, change res regularly. After that you have to be patient and don't do too much. Plants grow over months, you cant make changes daily and expect results. Patience and cleanliness are a hydro growers two best assets. Slowly build up the nutes and before harvest flush flush flush.
