I used superthrive and Calmag last night, if I have a 20gal res tank would it be safe to say to use only 50ML of each as it says to use 2.5 ML now is that 2.5 ML per gal?

Do I dump my res?

What is a drop? I need to know proper amounts such as ML, should it 1ML for 20gal?

What is the ratio per gal or etc.

Technaflora receipt for sucess says to do 50ML of Thrive & Mag but I know next time to only ever use half?

Thrive Alive isnt the same thing as Superthrive-- Technaflora's Thrive Alive is actually organic. For the Recipe for Success I have been using 1/3rd of their recommendation but might bump it to 1/2 towards the end of flowering. If this is your first feeding with these products definitely go at 1/3rd strength max and work your way up as the plants ask for it.

What would you consider 1/3 being if 50ML is the suggested dose. 16 ML?

Ok, lemme look real quick.. ok if they recommend 2.5ML/gal I would cut that into 1/3rd so itd be roughly .83ML/GAL. For your 20g res id recommend starting with 16.5ML or so. I am a soil grower who uses Technaflora so maybe using 1/3rd is different for hydro, but it wont hurt to start slow and work your way up in any setup id think. Slowly bump that up with feedings as your plants grow and are more demanding.

I've already poured it into my res, I'll run with it for a week-- I went half on grow and boost but from here on our I'll go 1/3 until the first 30 days then do 1/2.

Are all these feeding patterns set to higher standards? I could always get away with running 1/2?

Personally, I would never put how much any Nute company says to use on their bottle/schedule. From my understanding, Technaflora's nutes are very concentrated. If you have the Sugar Daddy than this is a product you can certainly increase quickly without much risk of nute burn. Unless your plants are showing obvious deficencies than theres not much adding more nutes is going to do positive for your plant, as it can only uptake so much NPK. Your plant will grow bigger of course and so will its demands, but burning them is a sure way to stunt growth.
