Help

I dont know whats going on im new to this and need help i converted from soil to hydro and they did ok but dont whats wrong with one its drooping and the leafs are turning color and the leafs are curling up

The plants look transplant shocked, which they should be, since you took them at a large size from one environment to the next in a matter of minutes. Their watering is different, nutrients are different, changes are faster, oxygenated reservoirs, oh my! They will look like this for probably another week, maybe even up to 10 days. They WILL pop back and they WILL look like monsters.

What is your ph/ppm at? Might help to check those given the tinted color on some of them........ Any hydro questions that are puzzling you while we're here too?
