Help

I'm in need of some major advice with my new plant. I'm using 2 26w CFLs and 1 11w cfl. I'm growing one plant and there's six leaves in total including the actual seed that are round and smooth. The very first leaves that form first. But anyway the second set of leaves that are forming are maybe like three or four millimetres big and the edges are brown and I noticed my first set of leave are kinda going down. I don't know if that's part of the natural thng for them to go down like that.. I moved my lights farther away then I had them before but what other precations should I do or try to stop this. I would post a pic but I garuntee my camera would puck up the leaves to show the problem

Check your soil, it should be moist, not wet.

Dont use any nutes until you see its 4th set of true leaves.

Check your temps they may be a bit high.

im pretty sure my soil is okay i water it every sencond day and not alot either..

never added nutes yet

and my temps are around 60-65
