help????

Our plants have flowered . We started them outside and moved them inside around mid september. They just seem to have stop growing? What would cause this. They have the white hairs and look like they should be budding but its been about 8 weeks now and there has been no change??? Help.

Usually MJ plants will stop growing verticaly after 2-4 weeks of flowering..
