HELP with yellowing plant with burning tips

Hi the tips on the bottom leaves have been burning up and it might be due to heat, its been around 25-30 C degrees and I took the dome off this morning (when the dome was on it was at 70ish% RH)
On the new growth there is even that rusty look and that the leave is completely turned upside down not going the right way
Also the side of the leaves are starting to turning light-green and its drooping I thought it might not be getting enough oxygen so that's why I took the dome off.
On one of the leaves there is rust looking spots that maybe caused by the pH being off, the meter reads above 7 pH (only goes to 8-4) here is a picture of it down to the colour http://www.google.ca/imgres?imgurl=http://www.420magazine.com/gallery/data/500/IMG_18902.JPG&imgrefurl=http://www.420magazine.com/forums/how-grow-marijuana/71817-liquid-type-ph-test-kits-accurate.html&usg=__XXdLTo0JiUWYfWv1QKI_Z45xjxQ=&h=480&w=640&sz=31&hl=en&start=0&zoom=1&tbnid=x4sU3IjEVukMeM:&tbnh=145&tbnw=193&ei=c-c0TbTiDYe6sAOWnsm3BQ&prev=/images?q=metre+reading+light,+moisture,+ph&um=1&hl=en&sa=N&biw=1366&bih=610&tbs=isch:1&um=1&itbs=1&iact=hc&vpx=941&vpy=83&dur=1241&hovh=194&hovw=259&tx=91&ty=99&oei=c-c0TbTiDYe6sAOWnsm3BQ&esq=1&page=1&ndsp=22&ved=1t:429,r:5,s:0 I have heard that meters like this are not to good at reading pH
I have been feeding it lemon juice mixed with water and spraying it with this mixture
I thought it may have to be due to the potassium, pH, calcium, or lack of oxygen

Please help :wall:

Thanks for responding I fed her vigoro about 3-4 days ago 15-30-15, Boron .02%, copper .05%, iron .1% maganese .05%, molybdenum .0005%, zinc .05%, EDTA 1% this fertilizer was bought back in 2006 and I flushed her with straight water about a hour or 2 ago.

Ive been meaning to get some molasses and do you guys have any fast acting nitrogen items that could be used or would molasses help out on the nitrogen if it does I'll get it first thing tomorrow? or do you think I could use that fertilizer listed above in a very small quantity maybe a pinch or less to 1L of water

And my lights are about 1inch away maybe 2 and maybe I could go looking for worm castings

Fert problems aside, it also kind of looks like it's being attacked by pythium/fusarium/mold below the soil line, affecting nutrient uptake. That'll hopefully clear up if you keep that humidity dome off; 70% is too high and unnecessary.

I really hope that's not your problem though.

Thanks :) but how can you tell that its been attacked by those diseases?

If you poke around where the stem meets the soil you might find the stem browned or possibly covered in fuzzy grey mold. I'm only saying this because I've had clones up and die before rooting from being too long in overwatered and in a high-humidity environment, perfect conditions for these pathogens, and they looked very similar to this plant. They really love going after young tender plants and typically the tips/edges of the fan leaves start looking burned but simultaneously they'll start bleaching out from n deficiency.

Anyways, water less and bring the humidity back to reasonable levels and hopefully they'll look better.
