Help with yellow leaves!

So I watered my plants 5 days ago and forgot to pH the water... I then pH balanced the remaining water and flushed the plants. Now 5 days later I'm seeing this

PS first time grower.

Over watered completely. FFOF soil? Let them dry out completely and ph water properly and water again. Watering more on top of this is going to make your life very hard.

The soil looks sorta dry though.

Don't forget to pH, set at 6.5.

So the yellow is working it's way up the leaves and they feel completely limp and lifeless... I could really use some help.

I have had about the same thing happen when I let the grow room temperature drop to low. Once a plant gets in flowering, the chances of over watering are way reduced. In the past I have had leaves turn like that when the water has been too alkaline. Using more friendly water fixes the issue but once damage has started, it continues to get a little worse for a period of time after corrective action has been take. The PH issue may be the only issue. Problems in flowering IMO are the worst kind and will worsen the final outcome a lot more than problems in vegetative.

I hope it's just the pH. It's worth mentioning I forgot to ph my water last feeding, then pH balanced the remaining water and did a light flush with that.

I Still say over watered. Small plant in a big pot. I have had this issue every single grow so far. Wish I had an solution for you, but I don't. I have yet to find the cause either. They usually bounce after awhile of not watering 7-10 days. Even though the top feels dry the bottom is still soaked causing root rot. I think these fabric pots are absolutely trash. I thought they would aid in preventing over watering but they always seemed to make matters worse. My plants look like this 60% of time through out the entire grow. When you find a solution let me know, because I cannot seem to find a solution to over watering no matter how little I water. Since I have so much experience over watering my shit, I can tell yours are. Good luck brother, I know it is frustrating I feel your pain. If growing was that easy everybody would be doing it.

Yes, you likely need to start adding flower nutes gradually, but start with a light dose of maybe 1/4 to 1/2 strength. What nutes you using? Also, they may be over watered- how often do you water, and do you let the pots dry out between waterings?? That droopiness could either be due to over watering/over feeding, or they could be really thirsty?? It looks like you had just watered before taking that photo? You should be soaking the entire soil/pot each time with about 20-30% runoff. This helps promote root growth and prevents nutrient buildup in the soil...

About 5 to 6 days. I watered this one on the 6 day because the leaves seemed thin and lifeless. Typically the soil is dry but damp at the fingertip (when index finger is fully inserted) before watering. So far the only nutes I used were fox farms grow big and big bloom.

damp on top/middle means soaked on the bottom. I have switched to feeling the weight of the pots instead of fingering my pots. It seemed to help me a little but the issues remain.

Lol, yeah overwatered then? Lifting is better than finger bangin soil... I'd let the pot get really light before next water. Is your RH up above 45%? Completely drench the pot next time you water.

No. It's between 35-40.
