Help with Seedlings in DWC?!

Hey everyone. I have two seedlings in a dwc setup. Both have 120w CFLs on them about 3-4 inches above. I also have an air pump pumping O2. They are at 1.5 weeks since germination. One plant is turning yellow while the other is developing brown spots on the outer edges of the leaves. I dont think it is light/heat stress and I have not used any nutes yet. pH is at 6.5

I put the seedlings in the res a few days ago and installed 2 bubble wands. I used gorilla glue to fasten the wands down. Im hoping the glue is not toxic to the seedlings. After I made the transfer these little ladies became stunted and have not grown. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

the water level was about an inch below the net pots. I raised it up a little bit. Should I bring the pH down and add a miniscule amount of nutes to kick start them? The roots look healthy (nice and white)

Ok..I completely changed out the res water, brought the pH down to 5.8 and added a tiny amount of liquid karma and hydroguard. I'm runnin about 5.5 gallons in there. Hope this will help them out a little. Any thoughts? I know you got em

Hey, I wouldnt put any nutes in there yet. Did you rinse off the clay balls in pHed water before you used em? Im on my 2nd dwc grow and that was one mistake I made.

Thanks for the repsonse man. Yeah i rinsed the hydroton...intuition told me to feed them (botanicare pro blend grow) just a tad bit and give them a tiny bit of some additives (hydroguard & liquid karma) to help out with root development. I put in like 1/3 (if that) of recommended dosages. Very tiny amounts just to get em goin. Today they have responded well! No signs of over nuting. Im pretty sure they were suffering from the pH being too high and a lack of nitrogen (since the leaves were turning yellow). Ive seen heat stress and light burn and these plants did not have those symptoms.

Another thing is that I have a blue res that was letting in a lot of light. So I black taped the whole res up. Hopefully these plants will start taking off now.
