Help with Scrog and Sog!!!!

I'm really confused about the two because ive heard that scrog is only one plant and then sog is multiple plants. The grow im going to start is going to be all from seeds 4 plant in all in my growlab 60(2x2x5'3)and im going to use a screen over them. My question is will that work and which one is that scrog or sog? Im planning on using sativa or some kind of hybrid. Reccomend some strains too if you want.

Sea of Green is when you have lots of plants and do very little vegging putting lots of smaller plants in a grow area instead of just a few big ones. Your trying ScrOG, and will it work? depends on you mate...these are wonderfull plants, as long as you get them plenty of light and dont drown or overfeed them pretty much anything will work. Feel free to take a few nice big puffs and be creative

Scrog is a great way to grow, and many strains will do great on one. It all depends on what you want from your girls. yield vs potency. My personal favs right now are from TGA seeds.
