Help with pest

I noticed this small bug crawling in my tray under my rockwool cube, and also this worm looking bug as well any idea what they could be and how to kill them. I am veg using rockwool cubes drain to waste only using Dr zymes right now

Doesn’t look good. I don’t know what it is though. I’d be working right now to get rid of them.

The plants look healthy to me, nothing crawling on the roots/leaves
