help with legal grow

I am getting my OMMP med card soon because i just broke my wrist and had a screw and two pins put in. i live in oregon and want grow the legal amount which is 6 mature plants and 18 plants in veg that have to be under 12 inches tall and wide. i need some suggestions on how to set up a grow room to so i am harvesting as often and efficient as possible. i am for sure getting a 1000 watt light and doing hydro.

Welcome fellow OMMP holder. I am also a patient and provider for other patients.

First, go to mamas.org and sign up for one of their "Joy of Life" classes. It's a class on taking cuttings and they will give you all the clones you need to get started. I got AK47, Blueberry and Snowbud. These cuttings are the best of the best. You can get cuttings from the original Blueberry and Snowbud developed here in the great NW!!!! This ain't no bag seed shit dude, these strains are the real deal.

Run an aeroponic clone system for your cuttings. Don't mess with anything less. It's not worth the hassle. An aeroponic system will get you 100% success rate every time. A 12 hole system will keep you in cuttings. Leave your cuttings in the cloner for a couple of weeks. They will have a massive root system by then.

Then move six of the plants to your veg system under a MH light set to 18/6. Make sure and take new clones so you always have clones rooting. I don't run mother plants. I just take cuttings from the plants in veg. You may have to wait a week or so the first time for the clones to get big enough to take cuttings off of. Within a short time cuttings will be a non-issue.

When the veg plants are big enough, start moving them into your flower room one at a time, every couple of weeks. When one of the veg plants goes into your flower room the spot is replaced by one of your rooting clones.

Eventually you will start harvesting the first plants you put in. Just keep the cycle going.

This system will give you a perpetual harvest. But you need two lights and the room to grow the plants big.

I run a Aeroponic/DWC clone system with cheap fluorescent lights set to 24/0.
My veg system is a dual container Aeroponic system under a 250W MH set to 18/6.
For flower I run a Aeroponic/NFT system under 1000W MH and a 1000W HPS lights.
I'm on a three week cycle. 3 weeks clone, 3 weeks veg, 9 weeks flower. Harvest every three weeks.

It's getting harder here in Oregon because a couple of doctors lost their MD for passing out too many cards and not even checking the peoples med records.

Now you have to have your records sent to the doctor and have a past record of chronic pain or other ailment to get the prescription. Not everyone who applies gets a license.

Your are allowed 6 mature plants and 18 plant under 12" tall/wide. You can also have up to 1.5 lbs. of dried material (buds).

In many ways it's easier to become a provider for another patient.
