Help with LED lights

I have a 4×4×6 tent. This is my first time grower, I'm planning on starting out with 4 to 5 auto plants. I need suggestions for a decent LED but not to pricey.. Around $200-$300. I've been looking at mars hydro 700 and the viparspectra 900w.. Any other suggestions for the size and that many plants. Thanks guys

To adequately illuminate that area you'll need at least 500W of ACTUAL power consumption. With the style of fixtures you're looking at I'd try using 2 fixtures @250-300W each. You're going to be hard pressed to do that for $300, even if you build it yourself.

You will need more light than those can provide for a 4x4 ft area. You have more options in a 2x2 but if you want to grow in a 4x4 you should spend some extra on the lights. But the Viaspectra is the better deal.

I’m using the vipar 900w. My tent is 4x4x6.

I’m pretty impressed with it so far. I paid £180 so about $250.

What I will say is to train your plants to grow bushes as you’ll be limited in height. I’m just about to flip and I’ve got 36” to top of light.
