help with gender and problems

Hi their. Just moved to my new house in Nevada and found a weed plant. It has some burns can't tell much or the gender if the plant. Can someone please help!

It looks like the rim of the pot you've planted it in is pink, therefore it's probably a girl.

White hairs = female
And you might want to fix the leaf problem somehow or it will get worse

Either too much nutrients or too little nutrients. I'm having the same problem right now so idk if I could help..

Dude it's fine, the soil was too hot before and the plant got a little nute burn and has since then grew out of it.
