Help with cuts

My seedlings are doing well and growing at a decent rate, though unfortunately still to young for me to figure out if they're male or female. Just yesterday I moved them a little closer to the T5 and in a few days we'll see what that does.

My cuts on the other hand are still a little sad. They should have rooted by now but I don't have any little white rootlets poking out of the jiffy pod and I only have three left. I just can't figure out what I'm not doing right here - I keep the humidity dome on where it stays with a temp of no less than 70F and no greater than 87F, though normally stays between 77F and 83F with little help, and humidity of at least 60%
I keep them watered but not drowning.... Maybe having that heat mat on for the first four days was really REALLY not a good idea. We'll see how they look in a little bit, and maybe I'll put them in some red solo cups and move them in with the seedlings, but in a few more days I might take more cuttings so I can try again, sans the heating mat, and maybe the third time's the charm.

Any help or hints for what I'm doing or not doing would be greatly appreciated.

I stopped reading when I read "no more than 87" theres your problem right there. try for 70-75 max...give the cuts a little less light. they don't need nor do they root well if the light is too bright.
