Help with buying a Light!!

Im looking to buy something like a 400watt Hps light that ships to canada(ontario). Ive been all over the forums looking for places and even been throughout e-bay searching.

Hgtsupply does not ship to Canada.. in the policy section it says that they do not ship outside the US... thx but i already tried there XD
