HELP what to do now plant in bloom got sun burnt

Hi you all my dumb butt took my small little plant thats been budding about 3 weeks or so outside it was 90 plus and I have had her outside but the sun burnt her...now how leaves and all are burnt bad what can I do guys and gals should spray the leaves she is back in now and under T5 lights where she was oh well I guess I learned I have a few more in vege so I wont be without its just that she was looking good you all all help appreciated aand Thank You

Don't put it directly in the sun again. If you do take it outside again put it in the shade minimum. Live and learn

Don't spray anything, especially in the sun, and give us pics so we can see how bad.
You say 'small plant', but also say budding 3 weeks, so I'm curious to see this thing.
