HELP! What is the problem??? Nute lockout what gives

Hi all... i know there's probably alot of deficiency / ph questions here, but it is my understanding (limited) with organics it doesn't need to be PH'ed it just has to have a healthy living soil (microbes).

So, I started some motorbreath sprouts in FF light warrior soil in which I added a little lime, little EWC, RO water with Sea of Green. Spouts have been growing like shit since I stuck them in this soil!!! SLOWWWWW growth, constant deficiency and/or lockout, yellowing, etc etc etc! Its starting to piss me off, idk why I can't get better at growing! I know some basics but idk what I'm missing here.

I haven't ph'ed water, but then again its my understanding thats not needed in organics??! Should I be waiting until my soil is pretty dry before watering again? That's what I'm currently doing but I'm wondering if the microbes can die off if I wait too long to water??

So now the sprouts are about 3-4 weeks old and still only 6" tall!!! wtf :( , 2 water cycles ago I decided to flush them with straight RO water followed up with a little protekt (couple drops), organic cal/mag (mixed in water), and a little bit of EJ organic food(topdress).

After the flush, the sprouts responded very well and went on a growth spurt and started looking good. But then 2-3 days after that watering, the sprouts again started looking like shit!!!!

So then the water cycle I had after the flush cycle, I again watered with some organic cal/mag thinking the spouts responded well and maybe needed some more. And it looks like they are hating life :( i'm so sick of this shit, why are my plants always turning out shitty??

I keep temps at around 74-80. I'm using LED SGS-160 from area 51 and its 20" above the tops. It will be time to transplant soon, but I need to know wtf I'm doing wrong here. I've given hardly any nute at all when it started showing this problems and my environment should be spot on as far as I can tell.

Now I just watered them again yesterday and they look like royal toilet bowls filled with shit (worse than before)!!! So now Ihave to wait to water them until the soil dries so it doesn't get rotted :( (which means more degradation SIGH...

I'm thinking next watering I will transplant and use a veg tea (molasses, RO water, EWC, compost) to try to get the microbes up??? Does that sound like a good idea? What should I do! I'm so confused at this point, i want to get to the point where growing is fun and not a fucking headache with all the problems I deal with in my grows.

To me, it seems like I do everything I can to build a good soil environment. I use only organic stuff, I don't over water, I don't add anything to new sprouts, RO water, etc....

This is my 1st grow with this light and using LED, but i'm using the height requirements from the vendor and the plants don't look burnt from LED or anything they looked locked out for whatever reason.

I can post pics if needed

Thanks everyone! And sorry for the ranting, just frustrated...Even when I tried super soil on a previous grow I mixed everything as per recipe and my plants all looked like shit!! I started feeding with fungal teas and they looked really good after that. But this grow is just starting out bad to begin with. I think the motorbreath is not the easiest strain to grow either idk

So I just looked at one of the sprouts and it looks like it has fucking red hairs like it started flowering or something :( I'm on a 24 hour cycle and have only had lights off 2 times and for no more than 1-2 hours both times, why the fuck does it have red hairs and trichs??

Here's pics of them:

sorry bro was too lazy to read your essay up there, those plants look like shit tho. just toss em and start over with different soil. try to keep everything simple just place seed in soil and let it do its thing.

Thanks for the response! Yea I know they look like shit hehehe that was what that long rant upstairs was about :)

nah, they are expensive hard to get seeds and I've already put alot of time into them. I'd rather figure out whats wrong. I did keep it simple. I didn't add shit to them except RO water in *slightly* amended light warrior soil and tiny amounts of Primordial Sea green (which has always helped sprouts in the past for me).

Does ph affect organics or not?? It is starting to seem like ph does affect it to me...either that or I've done something to kill off microbes (not sure what that could be though)

Next time I water i could water using a veg tea...maybe that'll kick start it? I could flush it with ph'ed water and then run the veg tea through them

Those plants look bad! Few look starved and the others look either overwatered or the light may be too much. I think you gave it too much shit and either have lockout(ph), a def, or both! Can you test your run off? Put in plain water and see what comes out ph and ppm wise? I think we can save you babys ...

i myself use organic fertilizer and have never had to ph my water or anything and always have very good results.

Prob here is light warrior is only for seedling stage(2 weeks max i think) then move up to ff or happy frog etc...

If you do it right you dont have to ever feed until week 3 of flower. Keep transplanting every 2-3 weeks from seedling to flowering using ro with cal mag and at week 3-5 flower use a nice bat guano tea. Or just topdress...done! Dont overthink it, less is so much more.

it looks like a root problem, what i would do is probably repot with ff ocean forest. i actually had a plant that looked like yours, i re potted and it bounced back to normal but took a few weeks

Last time I tried starting seeds in FFOF, they got burnt to shit.....that's why i got the light warrior. I didn't add anything for about 2-3 weeks. But they've looked yellow and fucked up since they started sprouting!! :( I always have problems in my grows... even when I do things that I'm pretty sure are right. After 2-3 weeks I gave a flushed and gave a bit of cal/mag and they bounced back a little, but then got messed up again, idk

Yea, next watering (probably Monday) I'll upsize into 1 gallons using FFOF (they are old enough) and run some ph'd RO w/calmag water through.

Do you guys think a veg tea could help when I repot also? BTW, the food I'm using is Rainbow mix grow organic (the powder kind) by Earth Juice. But I only added a little bit after I flushed. That was 2-3 weeks in.

When you say water with "molasses and beneficial microbes" you mean something like a tea? I was thinking to do a bacterial tea comprised of: molasses, EWC, compost, and *maybe* some neptune's fish/seaweed. Would that be a good veg tea? I also have Caps bennies for tea if they might help

Over kill... Just molasses and small amount of ewc(for microbes). Ocean forest is compost so cut out the compost and the fish shit. Dont overdo the molasses or the ewc. Whats caps bennies?

Yea I wasn't going to do more than like a tsp of molasses for probably a gallon of tea and maybe a tbsp of ewc? Ok, i'll leave out the fish stuff for now although I thought I read somewhere that it adds a good mix to bacteria teas...

Caps bennies are these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Biowar-Packs-Capulators-Ogbiowar-Beneficials-Caps-Bennies-Caps-Tea-/181139256584

They're made by a guy on the farm. I used them before in flower teas with really good results

Flush then give fish emulsion and molasses. Then go from there. They are delocate. Don't throw anything away. It will show how true of a green thumb you are. I have killed plants but learned in the process what i did wrong. Just fuck up enough and you'll get things dialed in. If you want some good cheap advice. Message me and I can try to answer you. I try to help as much as possible. A year ago , he'll even a few months ago I had shit look like complete garbage, made your stuff look like magazine plants lol I will tell you organics isn't easy but once you find your plants requirements you are having fun. The struggles will always come with new strains, just keep positive and calm and don't go jumping to conclusions.

Awesome!! thanks man! Thanks to everybody so far!! THis has helped a bunch!

What will the fish emulsion do for them in veg? Are you talking about a tea, or just diluting molasses and fish in water?

I appreciate it man! I definitely don't want to kill these, and they're taking wayyyyy toooo loongggggg to growwwwwwww (my brown thumb) hehehe... I don't know what the hell is wrong with them, I didn't have any problems with sprouts the last couple grows, idk if its the strain I think I read the chems can be hard to grow?

if you're gonna repot using ffof dont add anything but plain tap water, it doesn't need anything else that soil is very rich in nutes and will not need cal mag or even phd water it. plain tap water is good enough

after repot your plants just need to recover and will not take up any nutes untill they do and it can take weeks.
