Help, uprooting and torn plant stem

I had a fire alarm inspection the other day and I wasn't around. My wife hid my 8 week old plants before the manager saw them, however she had to stick them in a cubard that was waaaay to small and she had to bend the plants. One plant had a thick stem and it cracked/tore the main stem (after I had already spent 2 weeks regening it from topping it :( ) and another uprooted completely (almost) and tore out half of their roots. This was 4 days ago

I splinted the broken stem and I repoted my torn out plant. I was going to go 12/12 today, before all this happend, now I am obviously not. I have begun foiler feeding my plants some superthrive but now I have a new problem. My broken stem plant is now drooping (it wasn't after it broke...like at all...now it is like 12 hours after I foiler fed it)
and I'm not sure what to do. I washed all the leaves off with plain water (just spray and usind my fingers) and i'm hoping it will bounce back.

My uprooted plant is doing better, it completely drooped but now it is lifting itself back up again. I'd say it's at 50%.

What can I do to help my broken stem plant make it and cure the drooping?

How long will i have to wait for my uprooted plant to bounce back enough for me to go 12/12?

All plants are over 15 inches tall

Sorry, I'm using a public internet source and cannot provide pics.

Basically I'm asking about how long will the healing process take? Can I set 12/12 in a week or two and they will continue just fine or will this take up to a month to fix?

your plants will be ok my man ,

they will bounce back after they recover from the shock ,

iv split my main stalk completely in two before ,

i used electrical tape to hold it together and it healed up just fine ,

and the stalk were it split at seemed a little thicker also ...

happy growing my man ..

I figure that they will bounce back, no prob. At the moment, the one that got split has finally (for the most part) stopped drooping.

To compensate for the fact that the plant will not be putting out new growth for at least a week, I trimmed some of my heavier fan leaves that were blocking future bud sites. The bud sites were not growing/stretching for the light due to the plant being stressed and they were showing obvious signs of light deprivation. By trimming off HALF of my huge fan leaves (never cut the full leaf, as they are sugar factories for the ladies and can still be used) this will hopefully give them a chance to start growing again.

I am more concerened about the split plant. The tops of all my new growth (I've got 3 tops on this plant. It grew 4 splits when I topped it , instead of 2. 3 of the splits took off into full grown tops, 1 stayed stunted---which I deem fine), but the new growth is showing warped leaves which I'm fairly sure is a sign of stress from either the careless foiler feeding (with nutrients) OR from the cracked stem.

The confusing thing is though, is that the one with the cracked stem just started showing full preflowers yesterday. I've got about 5 calyxis on it that are showing 2 pistles each.

Not even my healthy plant is showing pre-flowers yet, (although it is popping calyxis)

My uprooted plant is not showing calyxis at all :(

So here is my scenerios:

I wait one more week and switch the lights. During the first 2 weeks of flowering, the stem from broken plant one will continue to heal and the roots from broken plant 2 will continue growing while (hopefully) calyxis start showing up and preflowers start fallowing after that (this would work out in a perfect world---trust me) and all my ladies continue to flower normally and I am ready to harvest between Nov 25-Dec 2

or

Scenerio 2

I wait out another 2-3 more weeks to allow more veg time for my recovering plants ( my uprooted plant is now about 2 1/2-3 inches shorter than my other 2 plants with half as many bud sites) and then continue as planned and harvest roughly around christmas time

I am using a 600w HPS for the 3 plants with a parabolic hood, using a black/white polyester to reflect half of the open space of light back to the plants, where the other half of the grow space is dominated by a corner of my room and thick mylar.

Current Temp: 78 F
RH: 40%

I may have made a rushed mistake the other night and fed them normal strength nutrients (except for the one with the broken roots, it got like quarter strength nutes with rooting hormones added to the formula) and the PH was waaaaay off, like 7.3 or something. So last night/this morning, I flushed the plant with the broken stem and my healthy plant (the new growth was starting to warp and show signs of stress--probably from the nuted foiler feed I experimented with a few days ago) and now the PH is sitting at 5.8-6.2

I need to flower them soon because my healthy plant is starting to grow pretty wildly. This blue widow has monster shoots coming out of it and another 2-3 weeks will make this a 2 foot beast BEFORE flowering even starts....I don't need a 3 1/2-4 foot plant running amok in my grow space lol

My harvest predictions BEFORE the intrusion into my home was estimated to be up to 4 oz of bud from the Blue widow, 3 oz from the NLxSkunk, and 3 OZ from the LSD (all of these are low ball estimates, I need a minimum of a half pound to last me to my next harvest, but anything over would be bonus)

Now with the new growth on the BW, I could end up with as much as 5 oz, with the NLxSK mix maybe getting 2 1/2 oz (or more) due to the current shock it's had from the broken stem. I don't even know what the LSD will produce. It could just give me a 15 gram head nug and a couple puffs of bud around. Totally discouraged about that one, especially because it's the last seed I had from a 5 pack that hasn't produced me a single nug, yet.

any feedback would be appreciated. More so on the "What should I do in the next 2 weeks" category and what I should expect in the future versus "will my plants make it?" as I think I've already made that hurtle.

Thank you so much for any input and once my laptop is fixed again, pictures will be supplied about the harvest.

Also: I really want to have fresh bud to smoke by christmas----not cutting/curing bud still when christmas rolls around.

I wait 1 one week and switch the lights b

also: I can only use the internet an hour a day at the local librery (fuck not having my laptop working) so any new information that could be supplied within the next 9 minutes or in the next 24 hours would be awesome as I won't get to check this again until then.

When will my plants be safe to switch to 12/12???

I had a huge cola crack off with rain. I use black electrical tape and have never had issues. Had 7 foot plants snap in half! 100% finish.
Best thing you can do is tape it and put supports. Make sure the brake 100% factory original position so it keeps transferring nuts.

Once you tape it, dont double check it and remove the tape.

If you caught it after its droopy for me IV had ZERO luck, must repair same day!

Well, 32 hours after initializing flowering, my plants made a drematic change! All leaves have perked up, almost all warps are gone from the leaves, and new growth that was frozen in time for almost 2 weeks have begun to lay down!!! Ganja is truelly a godly plant!

I don't have the net right now, but I should have it up around harvest time in November. If you don't see me until then, look for my pic journal (complete with harvest pics and weight) November 15th! See you then, folks!
