the best way to know what works best for you would be to leave one as is, one trim LOTS and the other 2 sort of in between. They are all the same size now and they seem to be the same strain so , whichever yield the most is your way to go,some people here dont like to trim, I do it myself up to 20 days after I switched to 12/12.

Also depends what you do with popcorn buds, I try to get very little of them because I make hash with them anyway but some people smoke the popcorn and count it in their total yield. Hopefully a more experienced grower will chip in for you.

also, if you are going to trim, dont take a little bit often, take what you gotta take all in one go then let the plants recover for while before cutting more if need be

there a HUGE fan leaves . should i clip em . leave em alone .. ??? this is my first opp since i was 16 and that was ten years ago but i WILL perfect it .. input is good so feel free to add in what evers on your mind

man your plants are strong, you are not gonna fuckup anything, use a couple plant to experiment you will be surprise with the yield... usually you don't want to cut the fan leaves unless they take up too much light from potentially good bud sites, you can drill holes around the bucket and tie them to the container (most often better than cutting it). but any branches that are not going to make it to direct light, you can cut them... like I say take 2 plants to experiment, don't be shy, do what makes sense and compare the result when you harvest. check those out, both current grows, I am new at this .. the green box I could have take more but it's doing amazingly well :D

Nice veggy plants.. ya experiment do what works for you! Not what people say is right or wrong.. I do a lot of "frowned" upon things that work excellent for me, so I do them.

Clip Clip Clip.... lol had to do it . the fan leaves were just sooo big .. and im minor OCD so there is no way i could tripm 2 plans and leave 2 untrimmed . it would but me out .. pixxxxxxxxxx

Top them then do some lst training and watch them explode...you will prolly need bigger pots right before flower! They look good to me i would just open them up a little to allow light and when you top it it will double in size in 20 days

im about to start flowering . i got some clones im going to start 8 lst plants as soon as these are done . i cant have these get any bigger . im just waiting on these clones to be done so i can start flowering

best advise I've heard, find out what works best for you because what I do certainly wouldn't be the best for what you do.

Im just thinking out loud, ok so the plant uses photosynthesis to make energy so the plant can grow big and strong. Why would you want to destroy your energy factories (leafs)? They are like solar panels sucking up the light and converting it into energy for the plant to grow. So wouldn't more solar panels equal more energy? idk for sure as Im not a scientist this is just what I think and makes sense to me. I personaly do cut out one or two leaves that are in the middle but for just a little better airflow, never alot.

Leaves also hold nutrients for your plant like storage tanks. Your also taking it's food away. I don't believe the actual buds use the light for photosynthesis only the leaves.

Ya was gonna say something but Sirlancelot nailed it. You shouldn't be hacking fan leaves way until the end week 7. Trust me I have fucked up a grow before and lost valuable fan leaves in last weeks in veg and yield followed suit(with Clones I have ran).
Keep'm green..Even in mid-late flowering if you have big fan leaves they are your main source of light uptake and fuel your buds.
Also when you clip those old big fan leaves you will never get them back in new growth cause they are straight from the stem.
