Help: Topping or LST first?

Hey guys which one should come first, LST or topping? Here are some pics. Are my girls ready to be topped/lst?

And my baby on the right's fan leaves are droopy as hell. whats the deal? Am I watering too much?

Its all up to you my friend. I would top now and wait for the plant to get a little bigger for lst.

Longer/stronger branchs easier to train. Less chances of snapping a branch or main staulk. When the brnachs are longer they can be put into certain spots for maximum light on all of the plant.

What about topping?

As far as leaves wilting it could also be heat what is your temps.

Why top when your going to LST Im kinda bias though I don't really like topping

His temps are fine his thermometer is in one of the pics reading around 80

The temp at the soil is around 80 so I suspect the tops of the plants are around 82. Not scorching. And idk why I am doing both. But we are going to find out how it turns out aren't we?

This is a great thread on another forum for topping and lst check it out. If your doing lst why top your plant....lol...Its a great tutorial showing step by step. Tell me what you think.
