Help, suddenly I have seeds everywhere!

After almost 6 weeks flowering with a bag seed grow in soil and suddenly there is at least one seed on every plant and some have numerous seeds. It is very disappointing. Everything had been looking good a couple of weeks ago with nice bud growth.

Some of them have more seeds than others. Is this anything like normal? Most Sinsemilla that I have bought had a few immature seed in it. Some of the buds are looking close to harvest, just now starting to change color and getting crispy. A few of the lower leaves are starting to yellow. A tri-chrome or two are getting some color and dieing.

What should I do now? Should I flower them a couple more weeks or should I just harvest them now and try for better luck next time?

I’ll try to get some pics up tomorrow.

Thanks for any advise.

uhhhh..... if you bought ANY "sinsemilla" with immature seeds in it, it WAS NOT simsemilla. you have seeds because pollen came in from somewhere. that is normal.

Doesn't when it gets pollenated make a difference? I was hoping that most of them had only recently been pollenated or just some of the flowers pollenated? Should I let it grow or cut it down?

One of my females one time gave me about 30 seeds or so. At first I tried to greminate them with the paper towel way and they would never germinate. So I thought everyone was correct. (They say you can,t get a good seed from a female). Then I tried just putting them in soil and out of the 15 seeds I had left so far 13 have all been females. I have 2 seeds left. They seem to only grow in soil. So I'm not sure what took place but don't throw those seeds away till you at least give it a try:joint:

Should I try to figure out which one is the hermie and get rid of it? Will it continue to pollenate my girls?

These seed don't look like they will grow very well, very imature.

Well, if you've already had a pollination, but you only have a few seeds, don't uproot anything, just let it play out. Like fdd2blk said, a few seeds won't hurt anything.

ok I am a master at this . First off let it grow. Worse case scenerio you do like me and make hash out of it all. The high is way better . Next many things can have occured with this grow to cause the seeds, even the genetics of the seeds originaly. Now what I would do right away and this is a good tip for anytime you have females and may be afraid of pollen. At night when lights are off, saturate your plants with water via a spray bottle. Water destroys pollen and this will neutralize any free flowing pollen . I have been battleing with this recently.

I also have seen my babies hermie right before my eyes. But hey we live and we learn

good luck~

p.s. you probably have a few more questions or just need to talk a bit more about this. Believe me I understand. I will monitor this post if you need to talk or have ?'s about the seeds

I am sure it has been said already, if so just consider this in agreement. You missed the horny male, and it knocked the ladies up. Or the baby juice floated threw the air to yours. No since throwing away some bud at this point just let them keep going and take what you get. Keep growing the way you should, harvest at the right time, keep the correct light schedule, etc. Nothing you can do about it now. If its a good strain, look at the bright side, you have more seeds.

Thanks for the words of wisdom guys. I was ready to rip them out and start over last night. I'll go take a look in a bit and see if I caused any damage in my panic.

Then ask the wiseguys who told you that how good they seeds were that they pulled from the males. I bet it worked out as good as milking a bull.

As far as the plants go, did you find any males? Any hermies? That pollen came from somewhere. If you STILL have a male in your room you need to get it the hell out!

I just harvested two plants (this is my first grow) and one of them got pregnant and produced about 60+ seeds. The slut is just as dank looking/smelling as my virgin.

I'm glad to know all is not lost.

Is it possible to tell which one is the hermie at this point (6 weeks flowering)? The pictures I have of hermies seem to look pretty much like all of the ones that have seeds now at least to my eyes. Would it be just one bud on a plant that is hermie or will the whole plant be hermie? Any help in identifying the problem so it doesn't happen next time will be appreciated.

It could also be that if you have a male somewhere else if you handle it anyway you can get polled on your hands and transfer it to your girls. Anytime you handle a male wash your hands really well before you even come close to your girls IMO.
