Help strange problems

Hi I am a week or 2 from harvest and been having a nightmare with this grow... from thrips, gnats, humidity, ph pen reading reading incorrect I'm lucky to be getting anything at all..

I've attached pictures don't really know what else to say pictures will be self explanatory

Closest I can find to my leaves are bud rot but I have broken some open and there isn't any rot or issues there on any of the plants but never seen this before

Mites?

Looks like they're just finishing to me.
