HELP! Shriveling Seedlings - Soil CFL Grow

Ok, this is my 4th grow. The last 3 were successful grows, 2 being in a DWC Hydro setup and 1 a FFOF soil.

My experience when using FFOF straight from seed was fine in the past, but I read so many horror stories on here that I decided to take it easy this time and use a seedling starter soil before I transplanted into FFOF maybe 2 weeks into the grow.

The seeds popped fine, developed ok, but now, about 4-5 days in, they're starting to shrivel. I planted 5 in the starter seedling soil (from home depot) which is made up of the sphagum moss, perelite, and another medium. All 3 ingredients in this starter mix from home depot were the same that others used in their home made mediums, so i figured it should be ok. But, a week into this they're starting to look bad.

The PH I give them is 6.7. RH is 60. I put solo cups on top for humidity in the start. I water them every 2 or 3 days until they slightly dry out and water again (just make sure they're slightly moist but not wet or overly watered). There are no nutes right now since I'm just starting off. All 6 are under a 200w CFL (veg bulb). I plan to add a 250w HPS later on in the grow and replace the 200w CFL with a 200w CFL flower bulb. Also, in terms of air circulation, I have a intake and exhaust recirculating the air in this closet with air in the house.

The weird thing is, the 6th plant I put in plain Scotts top soil (all I had, didn't have any FFOF yet since I don't wanna go to hydro store yet lol) and it seems to be much healthier then the 5 in the seedling starter soil.

My question is -- do you guys think there's some bullshit in the seedling soil (even tho its just 3 simple things that others used in their custom soil mixes) that are fucking it up? My PH, RH, water and light all seem fine. I think its the soil. If you all think it IS the seedling soil, can I salvage this grow since its really early by transplanting them out of the seedling soil and into FFOF? Please help!

Pic 1 is the plain topsoil. This plant seems 100% ok.
Pics 2-5 are the plants in the starter seedling mix, which all seem to be shriveling and yellowing.
Pics 6-7 are the overall setup.

You know what i have always used FFOF with some added Perlite For better drainage. And its always done great for me i dont know why people THINK that the starter seedling soil is better off. I guess everyone has ther own way but you said FFOF was good the first time lol why change it? I say stick with what works. And about the swiching them from seedling soil to ffof i dont think thats nesassary and it might do more harm then good this early in there life with the stress and all that. I have had some ugly lil charlie brown christmas tree looking seedlings turn into some really good healthy females. So i Say just leave them and ride it out and it should get better... Good Luck
