HELP serious seed growers

just finished up a yumbolt 47 (AK47/yumbolt)from world of seeds and was not pleased with the quality of the smoke..

anyway i was gonna try out the serious seeds ak47.

can someone give me an estimate on the yield of 8 ak47 plants under 600 watts vegged for 2 months.

i know that there are some factors that influence yield, so lets just say optimum conditions.

I would say close to a pound. I have grown Serious Seeds AK47 and I veg for 8 weeks...grow in soil...600HPS and I get 2 ounces of dank, smelly, rock hard nugs per plant.

8 plants X 2 ounces = 16 ounces = 1 pound. If I can get 2 zips per plant, I would think anyone can. It's all in the genetics and Serious Seeds are as good as it gets. I have grown Serious Seeds Kali Mist...AK47...Bubblegum and they are all the type of meds that will make you legendary in your area. I am dead serious...top notch genetics. Good luck.

I never weighed what I had, I just know that bubblegum produce a lot more than the AK did, I'd say the plants were 1/3 bigger.

No BS, Serious is all I grow now, top notch, strong, Sturdy, potent plants, I have no reason to buy anywhere else. Nothing I grew before them even came close. Every once in awhile I'll try something just so I don't stay biased towards them, I've yet to find anything that comes close to beating them.

Thats a tough choice. I like the White Russian because of the freakish sized buds. I am talkin fist sized and hard as a rock. The yield is very good as well. The high is very, very strong. Your eyes will look like two piss holes in a snow bank. I can't smoke very much at one setting or I will crawl into a fetal position and just drool.

The Bubblegum has a taste that is second to none. Very good bag appeal if that is important to you. Easy to grow and has copius amounts of resin. The high is more of a "play" high. If you are involved in a activity, this high only helps add to the experience. It doesn't give me the "slammed in the forehead with a baseball bat" that I get from WR. It yields less than WR but the nugs are very hard and tight. very pretty stuff IMHO.

Hope this helps. I am terrible trying to explain different highs or smells. One thing I do know...Serious Seeds are the best genetics I have ever grown. I have grown everyone of their strains except Chronic and they are all head turners. Serious Seeds makes me look like I know what I am doing. They are fool proof...trust me. Good luck!

your figures are seeming unrealistic to me,

white russian and bgum tend to shoot up a bit during bloom, you wanna give them 2 months veg, 2 months veg on these babies will give you a mega yield, but then with 2 months veg your not going to gain anything other than potency, normally 2 months veg over a months veg should drastically increase your yield, but because you have a single 600w lamp, its doubtful you are going to utilize this extra vegative growth, russian is pretty branchy and likes to spread out a bit, so to get them under your light your going to have to trim branches off to keep them tight, so you kinda lose any extra yield you would have gained.

if you were to roll with say the whole 11 seeds you get in a pack to aim for the best 4 females the extra veg time will make a substantial benefit.

ak47 and white russian can be easily grown at the same time as the structure of the plants are very very similar the only real difference is the taste of the bud and the appearance of it

i personally would advise against either of those two mixed with bgum as the bgum can get unruly and can stretch a lot more than the others adversely effecting your canopy and then its a choice between burning the tops of the bgum or having the light a little too high for the others.

chronic is great for yield but the taste can be quite subtle

bubblegum is still a decent strength smoke and i would be hard pressed to choose a favorite between that and russian and ak, they all have high thc levels and different flavors and i love them all

I haven't grown White Russian yet but I have 2 Bubblegum at 8 weeks flower - great production, well over 2 oz per plant, probably double that. I've sampled some and the potency isn't there yet but the taste is amazing as everyone says.

WR is mostly indica, so on the stone side; Serious BG is the sativa pheno so on the high side. Both should be very potent, the BG is an excellent producer of great bag appeal bud, the Bubblegum might be more uniform over 8 plants from seed, ... can't miss either way.

the information on these strains may say that it is mostly indica, but its traits are far more sativa than indica

yeah its a good high and until your a seasoned smoker it will continue to kick your ass

wow. so wr and bg are both potent? i figured wr reigned supreme over bg. when i look at the description of bg, it speaks more about the taste and "euphoric" high. i want something that'll put you on your ass. call me an amateur, but i smoke weed for the high not for the taste. preciate all the advice tho. oh i almost 4got, how potent is the chronic compared to bg?
