I have 1 dinafem white widow and 1 original amnesia. They are it 2 DIY dwc 5gal buckets since I germ them. They seem to not have grown much in 2-3 weeks. I'm using Jungle Juice, cal/mag, and rootbastic. The ph is fine, I started at 1/4 strength and have since bumpped up the nutes an still no real change. Using a 400w MH. Any ideas?

What's your temperature of the room they are in?
What is the temperature of your nutrient solution?
What's the PPM/EC of your nutrient solution?
What is the PH.
How are you measuring PH?

Peace.

Are the leafs droopy at all?

Without seeing the plant I would guess the nute solution could be a bit too high. Sometimes lowering it will help.
Not all young plants respond to overfeeding as older plants. Some will just stop growing without showing the classic signs of burn in my experience.

Just throwing out guesses as without pics it's pretty much impossible to diagnose anything.

Peace.

they are getting nute burn, flush them for a couple days until the new growth appears. then gently bump the EC up.

are u top feeding at all ? if no, whats your water level ?

Most people make the mistake of thinking that their starting vegging the right time, really you don't or shouldn't count veg weeks for about 3-4 weeks after popping seeds. I mean you are counting the seedling stage as vegging, which is not the same. They are WAY too young to have that much EC in the water, you are making them struggle to grow and be natural as natural can be in DWC. I don't flower some of my MATURE FLOWERING plants at an EC of 1.4 in my DWC, but meh... what do I know. Carry on.

Run em in pure PH'd RO water for 2-3 days and then start em back on 200ppm. They may still grow out of it.
