Help! random question

Soooo I Heard grasscity had bongs and pipes online for sale etc. I do not use their forum but just tried to order a nice glasscity 7mm bong because they have a sale. I am east coast, they ship from amsterdam. I entered all my credit card info, address etc. when I pressed click to pay it converted it to euro etc. But when I submitted order It just said ORDER CANCELLED, in cart and brought me to a blank page saying nothing in cart when I had 1 item im confused....Can they not ship to east coast? server issues? I am just scared they charged my card and I won't get shit and their customer service blows. This happen to anyone or what do you think the deal is...? I pray that it just didn't go through because I am not happy with the customer support base at all I will just stay local headshops from here on out.

Card might not do overseas purchases?

amsterdam will not ship to us for seeds I know so probably wont for pipes and bongs also.

that could very well be true.My bank just started screwing me on overseas purchases.I can no longer order from attitude.O well I got a mother!

Hmmm Good point. But I have actually visited the netherlands a few years ago and used the same card while i was there(American Express)....But That is possibility since I am ordering overseas from this location and not actually there.

ive used my card for years on attitude then 1 day they just stopped.they said most credit cards are going that way because they cannot get refunds and its a pain in the ass to get customers satisfied.

Yeah Makes sense. I should have went with my gut and waited to go to the local shop. Oh well
