Help quick!

Im an IDIOT and did not notice some whiteflys on my plants and I already cut them down what is a safe way to get rid of the flys after harvest???

grab a spray bottle, fill it with ice cold water. You can also add a few drops of dish soap (optional). The soap will get more bugs off, but will degrade the Thc a little.

I ended up just manicuring the buds because it seemed like they were only on the vegetative material, I then flicked the buds to knock any excess flies off Imma just keep on em and flickin em till all the larvae hatch.
