Help Pls. Is this Male or Female

One of my plants (8th week in to veg) had these this morning... They looked definitely unusuall and kinda male to me.

Could you please tell me if this is male or female (or too early...)

either male or hermie. seperate from the rest of the flock for about a week. if you see NO pistils, KILL AND BURN. im serious, if that thing pollinates, there goes your sinsemilla crop

Thank you guys. It looks male (I don't know if hermie) and I will not let it ruin the whole crop. So what about if it is hermie? WOuldn't male sacks explode and ruin the crop if the plant is hermie? So, "destroy" in both cases???

Shit one of the sacks even burst open right now... A yellowish powder came out UNDER FAN, running. Rest of the plants weren't flowering. Is the crop ruined now? This one is definitely male and gonna die now.

BTW, Why so quick? There wasn't anything yesterday. Today they grow huge and one even burst... Would LST cause this? Because only 2 branches that I tied down are flowering male... Any opinions?

Its a male, no question about it.
However, if its no where near flowering females past the 3rd week you don't need to worry at all. let a few more sacks burst open and keep the pollen.

Then you should spray the room with water to kill any pollen left and you'r good to go.

You can use that pollen later to get some seeds


If it hermied out (shot some pistils as well) it should be killed and you should spray water all over your room to kill any pollen left.

When you'r spraying get the lights much higer than usual an get a fan on top speed for a hour or so until it all dries up well and get things back to normal.

Thanks for the advise. I will not need pollen as I still have seeds for this strain. I already destroyed this male plant. I'll have MJ salad for dinner

I'll immediately spray grow cabinet. Just curious why so quick? And why immediately after LST (and only on LSTd branches)??? Looks like LST forced it in to early and quick flowering.

Males grow VERY fast compared to females.

Hmm well plants have a higher chance of going male/hermie if they are too stressed out... maybe you were a lil rough with your LSTing? Got to have a gentle touch or you get the balls? Haha, don't take that too seriously, but good luck on the rest of your crop

Actually, I'm not sure if I was rough. Just bended 2 branches that were sticking out taller than the rest. But before, I fimmed this plant (did an awesome job too, it yielded 8 main branches in single fim). Waited about 2 to 3 weeks and took two cuttings from the bottom branches. And finally, bent 2 branches lower than the rest. Taking cuttings and LST were same day. Soooo, perhaps, I did stress it too much. I don't know

How rough can LST be?
I chop down my bonzai mothers roots and stems all the time and they don't turn hermi.

You need way more than snapping a few branches to stress a PROPER plant enough to make it hermi.

AND THIS PLANT WASN'T A FEMALE THAT TURNED HERMI IN A FEW DAYS.
This sort of growth on the male flowers takes at least 2 weeks.
