help please

hey yal im having a little problem with my ladies, the small leaves are curling and some arent even forming they just shrivle. the fan leaves at the ends are curling and turning dark and im pretty sure i need to add nitrogen for the yellow leaves but any advice would b nice

any pics would be nice, but either sounds like light burn or nutrient burn. im assuming these are seedlings?
