How old is this plant? How long have they been in that planter and how big is it?
Of course, dark colored planters absorb heat and it wouldn't take long for your soil to reach temps not desired in the root zone?
Check the temp at the bottom of the planters level if you don't use a soil thermometer. I'm not sure where the danger temp begins but did have to move my 600W hps up some, and it's still a bit warmer than I want, like above 80 on the floor.

Definately go easy on the nutes during the 1st month. I have found that adding Cal-Mag + to my nute mix has kept my plants nice and green. Probably the single most thing that has helped me is my digital PH meter.
So....check your PH, easy on the nutes and try a little cal mag @1/3 - 1/2 strength :hump:

is that white mold growing on the soil? one time i bought really cheap potting soil (meijer brand), and i noticed white webby powdery mold growing on the soil. and my leaves were twisted around and also had little white spots on them( not trichomes). i repotted to organic mg, and sprayed the soil and plants with neem oil. i got a little bit of leaf burn, but the neem took care of the mold problem, and also gave my plants a growth spurt. i fed my plants small amounts of foxfarm, and the twisty leaves on the bottom of the plant died off, but all the new growth was ok.

It looks like there is white powdery stuff (besides the perilite) accumulating on he top of your soil. Perhaps a salts build up, I've the issue before and looked just like yours do now. That will cause all sorts of issues ph, deficiancies, lockouts, and overdoses. You are on the right track with flushing and hopefully they will turn around. Also, best ph is around 6.5-7.0 for soil. Good luck.

ive only gave them 2 feedings one at half strength one at full in the past 2 weeks is that enough to build up salts?
