help please, would this work

hi, do use lot think that this setup could work. i am doing a closet growroom , i just want to start with the 1 plant. i have a 150 watt cfl light, thermostat,meters etc.. ive got soil, i have no nutrients tho.. californian orange seeds.. ive got a in fan, and a out fan.. WOULD THIS WORK? help?oh and could u give me the best way to germinate aswell please people...

When you say 150w, if that is actual watts not equivalent then its enough, if it's just a 42w you will need more light. Fans are good but if you have a heat problem they can only solve so much of it. Best to keep temps under the light no more than 80.
