so I just put some babies in my hydro kit and they where doing fine but now the tips of there leaves are discolored and idk what its from im not using any nutes and there getting plenty of light the ph of the water is around 6.5-7 (just checked) the ph prob needs to go down a little what could I add to the water to make the ph go down?

That's too high for hydro, around 5.8 would be better.
PH down is cheap, but vinegar or lemon juice will work too.

Don't think it matters what type, but I use Organic Apple Cider vinegar
because thats the only one I have in the cupboard.
BTW, you don't need much of it to lower the PH.

Eww vinegar... any acid is fine, lemons, oranges, ummm grapefruit??

Just dont go giving your plants sulphuric to be drinking on hahaha..

Any acid that is safe to handle...

yeah I did add some vinagar and the ph is around upper 5 but the leaves r still the same color so ill see if it changes back or not and post back here if it dosnt change

Its time to go low on nutes man. They are starting to go Mg deficient. What nutes do you have available?
