Help please... is this aphid damage?

There was only a couple leaves like this a few days ago so wasn't to concerned until i took a double look this morning and there was 2 plants that seemed to take a beating over the weekend. Is this aphid damage? WWJD?

PS. All the others look perfectly fine and healthy with the exception of one or two leaves if at all that look like the one above.

Oh Gross WTF?? I don't know what that is? Did you water it differently last time? My avocados did the same thing when I moved, I watered them at the new house and within a couple day's it looked like that. I think it had something to do with the water being stagnant or something sitting in the pipes that long. All the leaves fell off and had that burnt spotty look to them.

I grabbed the clones from my buddies place about a week ago and this seemed to happen over the easter weekend... I actually used way cleaner water than he was so i cant imagine it being water... especially since most the others didnt get this bad. I did seperate the 5 that had it worse from the others... thinking about spraying some pest killers or something on it cause i cant imagine it being fungus or anything else.

Strange how it seems to only be on the older leaves, in the pic. the new leaves look untouched.. Did the conditions change from where they were before to your place? are they located somewhere that poss. over spray from a neighbor could have hit them ? can you post a pic. of just a leaf, top and bottom?

I can later i'm not with them at this very moment! It's not neighbor. I been giving them some extra hours of light when the sun goes down in a not-so-clean closet... Could it get fungus or something because of this? That is the ONLY thing i could really think of if it isn't bug damage!... I will snap a few pictures later today when i get the chance!

if it was the closet not being clean and fungus it would be on all the plants.. Are the plants always outside and you are taking them in and placing them under lights for a few hours??

If I had to make a guess I'd say either you got something on the leaves that caused them to burn or that they've got some kind of deficiency like iron.

Kinda looks to me like they need a calmag supplement with iron, but I'm not familiar with soil as I grow with hempies.

That's what I thought. It looks like a drastic change in water. I'm guessing the water it got at your friends house was the water it had it's whole life. Those crispy burn spots are an internal problem. My avocado's just started getting new leaves after about 6 months. I have a feeling if it gets worse that it's not going to turn around on time for you. It's not over till you cut it down though! Good Luck!

He used straight tap water to water them at his house.. I used glacier purified water. only 1 or 2 is really bad... the other 18 are pretty solid for the most part but i would like to know what was the cause so i can fix this before it gets out of hand!

I am not saying this is the fix but I have research and found that some people who used purified water or distilled water have run in to some nutrient deficiency because it did not have some of the nutrients the plants needed. I have used tap water for years on all my plants and have never had a problem.

Yea it's most likely a deficiency. Most tap water will have lots of minerals and swapping to the bottled water without adding replacement minerals is most like the cause. You could also try lowering the ph to increase iron uptake as it likes to be under 6 for uptake.

Yessir. Was some type of fungus or powdery mildew which is actually quite common in my area. Clipped affected leaves with sterile scissors and hit it with some hydrogen peroxide mix/baking soda water mix. Everything has been great thus far and the disease has stopped spreading. Looks like i wont have to go the fungicide route which i didn't want to take unless absolutely necessary. The one in the picture was the worst one (by far). The others looks wonderful. Caught it early enough so it wasn't a deal breaker luckily =)

Did you foliar feed with a spray mister? If so, are you sure it was clean? Looks Like you misted with a contaminated bottle (like one used for pesticides) stem looks good...just the bigger fan leaves,

It's not from TAP water or none of that shit. Looks like you water to much and to often probably making your roots mold and rot. Dry out your soil

Once every 3-4 days is what i usually do.
