u have pushed the seeds into the rock wool to deep
Rapid Rooter is another option by GH ( they have imbedded micro nutes for rooting )
I myself on my first grow stuck a damp rock wool in a bowl of water, no ph shit nothing but tap water, it was up to 1/4 of the rock wool was in water, after they germ and pop a tap root out of the seed place the tap root d9wn and have the seed 1/4" below the top of the rock wool max! Leave it dark til it pops an inch or 2 even out of the wool. then just turn the light on 1 foot away. Cant go wrong til u get the funds to buy a hydro dome! I had a space heater a foot away on low blowing on the seedling too! Warm is good!
