HELP!!! Plant has white spots!

My plant has little white spots on them. another one I have the tip of one leaf is browning. I only have a pic of the one with white spots. What causes this and what can i do to help fix it?

u might have thrips u see any little bugs crawling on them ? If so u need to get rid of them quick they will destroy ur plants I used some stuff called azamax kinda expensive but it works i used as a foiliar spray and I also did a soil drench with it worked great haven"t had any problems since good luck

yup the little bastards will suck all the chlorophyll outta ur leaves then leave a little white powdery mildew like dot lotsa them spray them bastards down right after lights out or right before

U live near home depot u can get monterey garden inscet spray just make sure to dilute it with water and do it after lights out or right before. Or u can go buy some azamax from a hydro store costs about 20 bucks for 4 ounces. The spray costs around 14 bucks for the bottle both work pretty good just make sure to get the tops of the leaves and the bottoms of the leaves wouldnt hurt to do a soil drench too good luck
