it seems like its pretty advanced into flowering.
i would just flush it and give it water until the end.

if it has more than 3 weeks till ripe flush it and give it 50% strength nutes.

I dont mean to be mean, but look at the damn things. I mean why not ask ppl here on RIU 2 weeks ago, when (I hope) they didnt look as bad as they do now. rofl i mean if someone went on vacation for a week im sure the plants would have been in better shape.

1. it looks like your "soil" is more like composted woodchips. that wont work as it doestn retain water very well and has a tendency of mildewing if becoming too wet. you need to change your growing medium or your plants simply wont be living in the proper environment to sustain healthy growth. - re-pot by ditching half of the compost you currently have in the pot and replacing it with a different type of medium (a fluffier, more "soil like" substance is wht you want.....but make sure its regular soil with no fertilizers) BE GENTLE!!! especially with the roots as this is an easy way to kill plants. youll get some breakage but try to keep it to a minimum. doing this will also improve the water retaining characteristics of your soil considerably and you will be able to figure out the watering schedule on your own. good rule of thumb is if the soil is dry a couple inches deep you can water. water with H2O ONLY for atleast a week after this.
2. youre over feeding - mix your nutrients at 50% until plants improve. adjust as needed.
it looks like you may have started feeding them flowering nutrients (the fertilizers with a high phosphorous content) way too early in their development. if so there isnt a whole lot that can be done at this point ..........as far as i know. flush the shit out of them. hope this helps.

its in 4 weeks of flower with no bud and like 3 inches tall.. i like to think im pretty helpful but the best thing here is to start over.. i mean if they were just veg plants then u have all the time in the world but there life is just about done.. the time u took to revert them back to veg and flower them again u would come out MILES in front if u re-started from seed, let alone new clones..

i agree with every one else your best option is to start over that will be the quickest way to get some smokeable buds. When you start over get clone that r in veg state or revert them urself u need to get a bigger plant before you flower keep them on a 18/6 light schedule until they r atleast 12 inches tall imo and then when you flower switch to a 12/12 light schedule and they will double to triple in size and give u some good buds. but before u start again get some good soil like fox farms or something like that and make sure u r growin with enough light 400 watt hps is cheap to buy and run if its just 4 u and ur husband it will be plenty of light and get it closer like 18 inches off the tops of the plants keep a good fan blowin across the tips of the top of the plant helps with temps which try to keep them under 80 degrees f water when needed and feed when they r ready and u should beable to grow enough chronic 4 u guys good luck and dont be afraid to ask for help
