Help on wooden growbox

How ya doin

I have a wooden frame already for my flower room....but the walls are panda plastic and held together by duct tape so nows the time to get permanent.

I'm gonna buy 5 sheets of plywood to cover every side of the framed box and make a 2 hinged door for access.

Big ? Is what do you guys use to seal the inside edges where my 2x4s meet plywood?

Like do I use wood filler? Or is there sometype of thick liquid type product I brush onto the edges? Hopefully able to paint over

My veg box is right above the flower box so I don't want any chance of light gettin in

Whats the best kind of white paint to paint the inside of the walls with?

And lastly

Any good product to use to seal the door and make light proof?

1) Anything that works. weather stripping can accomplish this without any fumes. 90° trim would work as well. The right caulk would too.

2) Idk, tbh. Isn't the panda film white on one side and black on the other?

3) screw a strip of wood with weather stripping on one of the doors.

Jmo.

I am imagining a wooden box, 2x4's and plywood, with panda film lining the inside. Like, you have your homemade tent of 2x4's and plastic. Slap up some plywood on the outside and you're good. Maybe overlap the plastic on inside corners to keep light out? Paint the outside to suit your aesthetic desires.

Weather stripping can seal out light and air. Just put it on both sides of your 4 corners and slap on the plywood. I guess you could use an adhesive to stick the plastic to the plywood. If you OWN the place and have the money, simply build 2 walls into your existing bedroom or den or garage. Call it a walk_in closet.

In a closet already....2 boxes inside a closet haha.
Right now got a 36x27inch box 4 feet height
600 watt cool tube

Just bought a little t5 fixture for veg....veg box is real short....just over 2 feet...Not too worried though I've gotten very good at lst.....veg box sits right on top of flower box.

One month veg...2 new plants every month.

Can't wait to have 2 fresh plants every month for life!
