well I dosed this plant with a 1/4 dose of MG singles then just fed it again today (2 weeks later. It was yellowing befor second feeding but my friend was looking after it so I didn't know) and one set of leafs has fallen off, and this set is going yellow heres some pictures, the plant is about 40 days oldIMG_1152[1].jpgIMG_1151[1].jpgIMG_1153[1].jpg I think that the nute burn Is the only thing wrong with it but if there is something else you notice don't be afraid to speak up haha, and if this is nute burn how to I fix it?

That does not look like nute burn to me, but some sort of deficiency. Cannot say for sure what, but I'm sure someone else can chime in. Recently worked my way trough calcium toxicity, but I don't think that is your issue.

You used nutes on a small plant. What soil mix are you growing in? If it's any "feeds for x months" then most likely you need to flush.

the only defficiency i think it would look like is zink or sulfur defficiency, how would i go about treating these?

it might be root rot... ive had plants that look like that. they get locked out and stop eating and get that minor burn around the edges but mostly go yellow. in advanced stages they would fall off, oldest first.

it shouldn't be root rot I water it once a week but how would I check for this? do I have to pull it outta the planter? cuz man that will suck but you gotta do what you gotta do I guess.

you can only really check your roots in DWC. when i had my problem it was from flooding rockwool cubes too often. my plants stopped eating, burned a bit then the oldest fan leaves started yellowing and falling off. by the time i figured it out i lost 1 plant and 2 others had a shit yield.

sure you probably have a deficiency... but what is causing it? you only fed 1/4 strength and your plant looks like it should be able to take it. are you using any kind of pathogen control? if its not root rot it could be the onset of some other root disease... idk im just throwing out ideas

hahaha no its in a planter. dunno how you got tha impression, its just were using a pie dish to collect run off.

its just perlite and peat moss, it has no nutes in it
moss sometimes radically changes in ph did you add any dolomite lime ?
checked your ph ?
odds are it has something to do with ph
you're not feeding that plant ?
you would think it would be hungry by now

and from the top it reminded me of a pudding cup
im a stoner so there's no telling ;)

nope straight perlite and peat moss, but I fed it yesterday and already the green is coming back to the leaves, so I do believe whatever it was, the second dose fulfilled it

I don't know what it is but I do know I wouldn't worry about it. If your plant is 40 days old when are you going to 12/12?

well I wanted to clone it a few times befor that maybe one to see what sex it is so im not growing the full plant if its male and if its female, il have some clones to to grow with a mother plant. when would be a good time to clone?

you could top it and clone the top the after it recovers from topping
the branches will stretch then you could clone a branch
