tonight is the first time i watered since i potted them up dude which was late thurs nite...
year that's great, only jumped on quick because if the soil was still damp and you give a small plant loads of water in a large pot you could be in trouble

but it sounds like you have it all under control :)

sorry dude my fault..... i havent watered properly since i potted up.....
once the plants has been in the larger pot of 4-5 days, you can give it a good soak as the root mass would have sorted it self out and be double the size, so it can take it a lot better ( it won't stress the plant out and stunt the growth )

your very welcome mate :)
dude i have 2 questions for u.... 1 should i leave the fan on 24/7...? as the hum gets over 80% when lights turn off...(lights and fan on timer)
2...The extractor fan should it be on 24/7 as well...?

Thinking back, your temps got very low when the lights off so i would keep the lights on 24 hours, yer the extractor fan should be on 24hours because it causes negative pressure and this help to reduce the humidity, the fan can help to reduce the humidity in the canopy and keep the temperature in range by moving the humidity and heat from the canopy

you need to buy a heater to keep the plants warm in flower if there not autos seeds as you need to reduce the light down to 12 hours so they flower

My temps are the same at the minute at night so I do the 18/6 so they're off during the day but I've checked my hydrometer and it says temp was as low as 10dc and as high as 27.5dc I had all vents shut and pull 18dc air from the house so how does my temp get so low even with the light on

am no expert dude... but from what i can gather the low temps when they are off are ok.... as long as it doesnt get very low as in anything lower than 0c.... and its ok for a short time as well as long as they go back up.... try to keep temps under 30c.... over 30c is ment to slow down growth......

Hi thanks for the reply they have never gone that low and only once did it go above 30c but sorted that with light height. I've seen or read that fluctuations more than 10c either way are bad and on average mine fluctuates around 12c-15c could this be true or hear say I'm not sure

They are 14 days old from seed I'm using a 400w hid I have an old stand up fan hanging at light level, I like the idea of the heater but won't that be dry heat ?

I have a fan a big one, I point it along the light but on tilt downwards a bit. What type of heater do you use ? Would a fan heater be ok
