Help needed with breaking branches

Super cropping is hard stress training , snapping branches- almost . There's a nac to it but never a better time to have a practice on one or two smaller branches to play about with. Not when you're in flower tho!

I pinch above node/set and roll it in my fingers, then bend it down. I stop this as of July 4th wkd. The Last 3 years doing this along with fimming, I've produced. Better each year. This year I went from old farmer to using Super Soil ingredients. Goal this year is 1.5lb per of quality.

Super Cropping rocks...lots of how to videos on YouTube.

However...I have never grown outdoors nor do I live anywhere near Maine. But, I am thinking it may be a bit late season to start high stress training. Please check the outdoor growers forum and the Maine patients forum for better info.
